PRESS RELEASE

Hungry for Health Recipe Book Supports Cancer Education

Wynnewood, PA --  Are you digging your grave with your fork?  Are you confused by fad diets? Are you overwhelmed in the kitchen?  Do you want to lose weight, have more energy, and prevent disease?

BeatCancer.org, the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, announces the publication of a recipe book by its founding director, Susan Silberstein, PhD.  Hungry for Health outlines four fundamental dietary principles and includes 157 no-guilt recipes.  The book’s guiding criteria -- healthful, simple and tasty -- make this a useful and user-friendly handbook for any novice.

Profits from sales of the book benefit the cancer prevention programs of the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education. Books may be ordered by calling 610-642-4810 or by visiting BeatCancer.org. (Click Here)

Susan Silberstein is Executive Director of the Center and creator of the video Breast Cancer: The Diet Connection and the Beat Cancer Kit series. She lectures nationally on nutrition, cancer prevention, and complementary medicine.  Since 1977, she has coordinated scores of health conferences, has appeared on hundreds of radio, television and internet talk shows, and has counseled thousands of health-seekers.

BeatCancer.org, the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, is a not-for-profit information, counseling and referral agency providing nutritional, immunological and psychological resources for cancer prevention, prevention of recurrence, and support during or after treatment.  Since 1977, the Center has provided counseling to nearly 30,000 patients and training to more than 50,000 prevention-seekers.
